 adapts not only for recovery of thin alcohol in pharmacy, food, light-industry and chemical industry etc but also distillation of other solvents including methanol. According to customer’s need, it can distill thin alcohol from 30℃ or so to 90-95℃. If the final alcohol is requested, reflux ratio can be increased but with output reduced.
Equipment Feature:
It is adopted high-efficient stainless steel metal packing. Distillation tower is made of stainless steel to avoid iron filings blocking packing and prolong the use term of equipment. The alcohol-touching part of this equipment, such as condenser, compensator tank and cooling worm etc, are made of stainless steel to guarantee non-polluted final alcohol. Distilling still, adopted detachable U-type heating tube, can put into interval production and sub-continual, continuous production as well. During the process of detection, pull U-type heating tube out of still in order to cleanse outer-wall of heating tube and wall of distilling still
